Can't help with RTS missions, didn't played them much since my 4 fav ones from patch 1.6 were removed in Reboot. wow its very interesting its year 10 and we have only 5 system :| i still use missile thrower with some MM (+30 and +10 damage) :| there is no base at all :| To build new bases liberate each system in your starting sector (Atlanta I guess :-). can anyone explain why they suddenly become coward? No idea though rangers and pirates fear ships with expensive equip so consider that blaseroid equipment is usually well upgraded and so much more expensive than kelleroids one.

thanks again bulDOSer so npc judge by equipment worth interesting  i did that mission it was very interesting i should capture the green base not the blue one and let blue and red fight to the death

To be honest that's not actually now the game works but I just don't wanna describe the whole mechanism. You just must get the main idea that those cowards prefer to battle with weakest opponents. This game's mechanism stays well unknown in several ways thus no one will answer you how to speed up technical progress to get newest weapons sooner etc. Most will answer you must controll as many big and industrious (or just big but not agrarian except very few lucky cases) fei or gallian planets as they gonna lead in technics. This answer is not correct but practically it will work for you, just as you learn Newtons laws in physics at school since firstly they are easier to understand for most than modern quantum or some else theories and secondly, damn, they just work. :-)

lol also i realy love to understand game mechanism (only for games that i think its worth the trouble) more information may not be that much usefull  (+ it maybe easier that way  ) again thanks btw i find a very usefull feature: if u aim your weapon to a dominator and a non ranger npc kill the target u get the whole experiance like u killed it yourself :P now i just go where battleship go and aim my 4 missile to 4 different dominator  its very usefull

hmm how much experiance a "menok editor" give (blazer unit, i think its secound smallest unit) i get 479 experiance just for pointing my missle to it i didnt even shot anything (battleship kill it sooner :P)
edit: hmm i just test it but its a little strange lets calculate its a about last dominator in system to be liberated begining experiance 1921
scenario 1: i didnt kill i just point my gun to it -> end experiance 2410 (489 experiance + kill count) system is liberated and i didnt get anything from governer
scenario 2: i kill it and beacuse of my bravery they add 440 ranger point -> end experiance 2932 (2932 -440 -1921 = 571) and later i get a reward for my liberation
where this 82 exp difference come from is liberating a system give some exp too?

hmm i thinked i am very good in rts missions now i think i am a complete loser LOL how do u win landing (Pride of Endoria) rts mission? its the mission where u must defend a ship and 3 dominator attack u from everywhere the problem is this map is very tight its nearly impossible to defend yourself :S and i dont like using titanium armor or air support thanks for your help
Without titanium armor? So so hard... But imho there is 2 ways: (not with first try off course) 1. Dont defend Ship. Catch Blue while Red catching Green. Build many FullStacks+FireWall+3Rockets+1Discharger+Antigraves(or Ecroplans). Capture 2 factories on right. Defend them (+ build pair of Repairing Robots) from first Blue attacks & go down to capture Blue Base. And immediately after this go away to ship. If U will have time & Reds will not capture ship - all will be Ok. (But Red has very very many resources!) 2. Build maximum Battle Robots while your 2 factories on left are yours. Capture 2 factories on right. Defend them (+ build pair of Repairing Robots) from first Blue attacks. Catch moment when Green wave will be silented. And go for Green Base. Build Rocket Towers & defend, defend, defend... While Blue & Red fights with U & between selves. Look for quality of enemy Robots. Btw, when Green Base will be Your - begin to build another Robots. Fullstack+locator+2rockets+2repair & Fullstack+locator+mortar+3rockets+1discharger. And move, move, move. Sorry 4 my English.

Hm, as for my experience menok gives ~220-280 exp points for kill, but 479 sounds wrong. :-) Exp from killing dominatiors also depends on dominatiors difficulty -- more exp with higher difficulty. ~900 exp from biggest dominators ship (don't know how they're named in english version, something like ekventors but this translation looks dumb for me lol) on 50% up to ~1200 on 200%. where this 82 exp difference come from is liberating a system give some exp too?
No it shouldn't be, the only exp for liberating you get when you land on the planet and get rewards. I always disregarded such small changes of exp points, only tens of thousands count for me. :-))

fbrown i did exactly what u said except the number 1 dont work at all red capture green very fast and its huge stack of resources + two factory = wave after wave of robots and beacouse of very bad logistic and line of sight of robots its completly impossible to defend the red. what i did was completly ignore blue, building as much combat robot as i could,then waited for the first wave of red attack to green then captured green and defend to the end (the problem for me was that i never thinked this method gona work) after sometime red and blue initial resources exusted and u can go for the kill  (as u said in option number 2). i think number 1 only work if u have titanium armor bulDOSer but i got this much exp :S what's going on here (i play on 200% difficulty ofcourse) and the reason for me to be this much into detial is to see if my theory is correct or not (if u point your gun to a dominator that killed by a battleship u get the whole exp) btw bulDOSer i like your style u are very practical sadly i study physics too much and i just recently quite it completly :P so i am still too much into theory and mathematics stuff LOL

yes i finished it sadly i dunno how to upload my data so i say it total score 17360 game time 13000 (25 december 3335 i used every day in last year :P) kill count dominator: 2239/pirate:7/innocant people (for killer uniqe ship :P)=114/hyper:10 rts mission:30 / mission :9/award:20 many thanks to all of u for your great help next : trying to get the highest score possible  but for now i need to rest a little

Nice  You can try and get better result (60K and higher), just need some practic and all will be ok. Try to kill dominators as fast as you can

Close to my first try on high difficulty. Enjoy your rest, you have soon much work on improving your skills.  We'll share some technics and ideas.

thanks guys except that damn torpedo users (that make me crazy, they always try to keep maximum range) i killed dominators in 3 turn maximum and i liberated systems in 10 days i just go to the middle of them and fire 5 vertixes  (fully upgraded, 3 rank H, 2 rank g/ -50% weight reduction) i think i finished the game too soon, in last year i made 300k exp (and my total exp was 900k) maybe i should continued my game? i made too much mistake though i explored half of planets and that take a lot of my time. i dunno why i explored this much i had all the artifact i need but i just couldnt stop some questions again :P 1-is it possible to start the game with missile launcher for sell? 2-what is that things around some planets (how should i say it its like a cyborg planet with monitors and such) do they affect planet tech grow? 3-i wonder what is the best uniqe ship in your views (time u spend to get it and its usefullness) i think killer is the best i just kill those transport and at the same time i get myself some decent equipment 4-i just dont get it how u manage to work with multi or other non missile weapon early in the game without good shield, amor and droid u recieve too much damage (and equipment failure too) do u plan your movement a lot (i mean to have manageable enemy in your weapon range) maybe i am too much on the bahamut side (going in the middle of enemy horde with my big untouchable ship without too much thinking) 5-is there some trick to get the desired micro model (specially cramp and turing), artifact?

i just couldnt stop - its about everyone  1. look 4 missile launcher for sell on bases. if i wasnt in dream - i had 1 on science base. 2. just 4 fun.  3. Killer. most balanced & awful. 4. ye. plan/move/quicksave/quickload many many times

1 Yes can start so even on 200%, but it's gonna take n starts to get. Higher chances on lower equipment difficulty (maybe 100% because on 50% planets develop sometimes too fast so by the time you will be able to carry vertixes desintegrators will be on sale). 2 Nah just graphics with no impact on gameplay. 3 Haha I don't like those unique ships and prefers common ones.  Both science and pirate ones are OK and the military ones loses because of no speed bonus. 4 By the time you get multis you also could already buy fourth level equipment: red droid ~ 20 + 10 + 15/20/25 =~50( depending on module) and red shield (20+8+5=33) which is enough with an artifact which gives 5 ship defense. Although yeah do not fly into mess, use forsage to first encounter shtips and menoks and one then deal with bigger ones. 5 Artifacts from black hole depend on the LAST ship you kill there so try different combinations. Then modules: ranger centers won't sale modules you have in your equipment AND in your hold. So there's a hint: if you want more turnings, place weapons with it in the warehouse and then check if the module is offered. If yes, buy it and place in the warehouse and look: now one more turing is sold! Repeat as many times as you want.
